We are one. We are many. SOLTECA Fiesta + Mercado celebrates the diversity, creativity, and collaboration among the Latino and Indigenous communities of Denver and beyond. 

 

Presented by the Latino Cultural Arts Center (LCAC), experience the vibrant fusion of the Americas with a commerce hub that offers a socially conscious experience, with free or discounted services for residents of Sun Valley and surrounding neighborhoods.

 

The fiesta features music from Pocho Joe of KUVO’s La Raza Rocks & Chiquita Vinyl Club, along with a bustling outdoor and indoor market showcasing over 100 Latino and Indigenous vendors from California, Chile, Colorado, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, Texas, and more!

In partnership with Denver Street Partnership, our parking lot will be transformed into a vibrant green space with lounge seating and games, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to relax and enjoy. With SOLTECA Fiesta + Mercado you can indulge in family art-making activities and delicious food options from Xatrucho. Local families can also benefit from LYFT equity programs and pre-register to receive groceries from Servicios de la Raza. (for families with at least one minor in the home)​​

Hijos del Sol, the LCAC's boutique, hosts the inaugural SOLTECA to elevate the market for Indigenous and Latino hand-made artisanal goods that will otherwise be lost. We believe in keeping profits in the hands of artisans. Our inventory is hand-selected for its excellence to highlight ancestral tradiciones told through patterns, colors, and symbols.
