A meeting of two worlds – Opera Steamboat Springs presents the beloved story of Frida Kahlo.
Frida is a 1991 opera based on the life of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo by Robert Xavier Rodríguez. This opera is based on the book Frida: A Biography of Frida Kahlo by Hayden Herrara. Frida will be performed in English with some Spanish and is geared toward adults.
