These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lcac-denver.org (the "Site"), operated by the Latino Cultural Arts Center ("LCAC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About LCAC
LCAC is a Denver, Colorado nonprofit organization dedicated to Latino arts and culture. The Site provides information about our exhibitions, programs, events, and ways to support our mission.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data.

"Latino Cultural Arts Center" and "LCAC," and related logos, are trademarks of LCAC and may not be used without our prior written permission. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes without removing any proprietary notices; any other use requires our prior written consent. Artwork and performances featured on the Site remain the property of their respective creators and are used with permission.
Submissions and Communications
If you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise send us information, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and operate our programs, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.
Events, Programs, and Tickets
Information about events and programs is provided for convenience and may change. Event registration and ticketing may be handled by third-party platforms, whose terms and policies also apply. LCAC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party platforms.
Donations
Donations made through or referenced on the Site are voluntary and are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of your gift, donations are non-refundable. If LCAC is a tax-exempt organization, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please consult your tax advisor.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We provide them for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
