A New Round of Artists Featured in the Hecho en Colorado Coloring Book

It has been a week since we premiered the Hecho en Colorado coloring book. This project started as a way of bringing creativity and inspiration to our community at a time when schools and cultural institutions are closed. The reception to the first installment has been overwhelming. We have gotten dozens of submissions from artists who immediately rallied in support, and it has been shared in dozens of newsletters and social feeds. Thank you all for making the first coloring book of Colorado-based Latinx artists a success! Together we will make it through this!

Visit the bottom of our homepage (www.lcac-denver.org) to download the second installment of the Hecho en Colorado coloring book!

Submissions from artists continue to roll in and we will release weekly updates on Facebook and email (follow us and subscribe). Please take a moment to reflect on what this coloring book means to you and your family and share it with us. We want to learn from the conversations had and share in the fun and memories made!

We Are In This Together!

The Latino Cultural Arts Center is committed to the well-being of Latinx artists. We have reached out to our network and a few have expressed a need for financial relief during this current health crisis.

Give a special donation today to ensure the "Hecho en Colorado" artists can continue to inspire and create. We are suggesting a $20 donation that will go directly toward a fund that will aide artists who contributed to the coloring book.

Calling all Latino/a/x Creatives in Colorado

The never-ending news cycle can be a bit overwhelming, so we want to encourage you to take a break from it and make some art. Share your work with us and a little blurb for a chance to have it featured on the Latino Cultural Arts Center's social media accounts! ļ»æ
